Fundraising

We  are always looking for creative ways we can  support the community and are happy to help raise money for a good cause. Have a look at our Loteria, it is a fun way to raise funds. Alternately contact us if you think we can help in some other way

Our Service & Reservations

We offer order and pay at the table (QR code) or table service. We take bookings online for up to 10. we welcome bigger groups but ask you email or call us regarding larger bookings.

Alcohol Licence

At ¡Libre! we are responsible hosts and provide a safe environment for all of our customers to enjoy. We currently operate an undesignated on-licence. We cannot offer take-away alcoholic beverages. This means minors can be on premise but cannot purchase alcoholic beverages and cannot consume alcoholic beverages unless supervised by their parent or legal guardian. Please respect our licence conditions and staff requests to ensure everyone continues to have an enjoyable experience.

 

To Go Orders

We will be offering click and collect orders soon.

All of our take out items are offered in recyclable or compostable packaging.

 

 

Pets

Pets are welcome in our outdoor area.

 

 

Catering Services

We plan to offer Build-Your-Own Taco Bars for pickup or delivery when gatherings are allowed again, we may also be able offer some tailored onsite catering opportunities for bigger groups so watch this space. Please email hola@libre.co.nz to find out more.

Gluten

We are not a gluten-free restaurant, but many of our menu items are made without gluten. We cannot guarantee anything to be 100% free of gluten because we have products in the kitchen that do have gluten.

 

Our corn tortillas and our chips are corn. Our fish is breaded in cornmeal. However, concerning the chips, fish and anything else fried, it’s always important to check with your server to make sure the fryer is wheat-free that day, just in case of any specials that may be made with gluten and fried.

We carry a range of locally brewed Brew Union Brewing Co beers, alongside beers, ciders and other fruit based fermented beverages from independent producers from across the New Zealand.

Our eggs are organic and cage-free.
