Cubas history, is fraught with hard times, colonization and imperialism, a complex and often painful journey. Today this small island and its people have forged their own path and evolved a remarkably rich, complex, and influential culture for a such a tiny island nation. Cuban literature, arts, cinema music, dance and cuisine fusing African, Spanish, and Indigenous influences have encircled the globe.
Libre will take you on a voyage of culinary discovery with a superb tasting menu of five Cuban rums and five exquisite food courses inspired by Cuba’s story all for only $100.
